Parts Runner/Driver

About the role

As Parts Runner/Driver at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina, you play a crucial part in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities include running parts throughout the dealership, delivering and picking up parts, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run parts to different areas of the dealership
• Deliver and pick up parts to/from vendors, customers, and other dealership locations
• Assist with organizing and stocking parts in the warehouse
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and vendors

Requirements

• Previous parts sales experience and a willingness to continue learning
• Full-time availability
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent follow-up skills, especially in communicating inventory and availability of parts
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
