Parts Process/Runner

Job Profile Summary

Responsible for supporting aircraft maintenance operations by delivering parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner. Maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with warehouse stores and maintenance personnel to ensure parts availability while adhering to FAA regulations and company safety standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner to support maintenance and repair operations.
• Pick, stage, and distribute parts based on work orders, and production schedules.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing materials.
• Accurately complete inventory transactions and material movement documentation using ERP or inventory management software.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or other high-priority requests by expediting critical parts and materials.
• Accurately and timely process all required documentation, labeling, storing, including scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements.
• Adhere to all FAA regulations, company policies and all applicable safety and quality standards.
• Assist Department Manager and supervisor as required.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.
• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.
