Fabricator/Installer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stone Fabricator & Installer with hands-on experience fabricating and installing granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces. This role is responsible for producing high-quality stonework, operating fabrication equipment, and performing countertop installations in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Park Industries Fusion SawJet to cut stone slabs with precision.
• Operate Park Industries CNC machines to shape and detail stone surfaces.
• Perform edge profiling, polishing, and surface finishing to achieve high-quality results.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and measurements accurately.
• Safely move and handle stone slabs using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform on-site countertop installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Repair natural and engineered stone products in both the shop and the field as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience fabricating and installing granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces.
• Strong experience operating CNC stone fabrication equipment.
• Experience with Park Industries equipment is preferred.
• Skilled in polishing, edge finishing, and stone repair.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and templates.
• Ability to safely lift and handle heavy stone materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
