Duties and responsibilities

• Take customer orders or quotes by phone, fax, e-mail, or walk-in.
• Analyze orders for accuracy, cross reference by serial number, enter orders in to WPI system.
• Quote overhauls and spares as required.
• Aid in keeping work area neat & clean.
• Receive stock orders into system.
• Aid in updating files, books and customer information.
• Available for callout after 6 months from hire.
• Receive emergency orders from vendors & update customer orders.
• Attend training classes to increase product knowledge.
• Filer warranty claims with vendors.
• Cooordinate returns to vendors with shipping department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of previous experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some mechanical background or knowledge preferred.
