Parts Marketing Manager

About the role

This position supports the growth initiatives for the Aftermarket parts and supplies business for both COD and Independent Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate with vendors related to products and other related products.
• Interact with various departments and management.
• Develop programs and promotions in collaboration with sales and marketing for equipment and parts.
• Liaise with creative teams to create branding ideas, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
• Investigate the performance of parts marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to management.
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

• HVAC Product and Distribution background.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong experience with EXCEL – creating reports, etc.
• Experience with PowerPoint and presentations.
• Attention to detail and high quality work.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaborating with other departments.
• Previous sales experience.

• 5+ years HVAC Product and Distribution experience is essential.
• 3+ years HVAC Sales experience.
• Other Distribution experience is helpful.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaborating with other departments.
• Previous sales experience.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree is desired but work experience may be acceptable.

Physical Requirements / Working Environment

• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• May require limited travel (less than 30%).
