Parts Manager – Service Manager – Service Advisor
About the Role
This is a high-travel position requiring overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week. Reynolds and Reynolds seeks experienced automotive professionals to join our consulting team. You will establish professional relationships with customers, helping their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable by identifying and resolving trouble areas within dealerships using proven consulting programs and industry expertise. After project completion, you will follow up to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support, driving further consulting services sales.
Training
Training includes approximately 90 days of fieldwork with experienced consulting and sales representatives, online courses from your home office, and classroom instruction in Dayton and Houston. During training, your compensation will be a $60,000–$63,000 base salary. Quarterly bonuses begin after the 9-month training period, with a total targeted income of $80,000+ (including base and bonuses).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Director)
- Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
