Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)

• Achieve budgeted goals for sales volume, gross margin, inventory turns, and department profitability
• Fulfill our commitment to meeting financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability
• Lead and motivate the counter staff to create sales opportunities
• Foster a positive and customer-centric environment, ensuring that every interaction with our team leaves a lasting positive impression on our customers
• Develop individualized market development strategies
• Embrace continuous learning and innovation, adapting strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while staying ahead of industry trends
• Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in driving growth and exploring new opportunities, embodying a pioneering spirit in the pursuit of excellence
• Monitor and control slow and non-moving stock levels within company guidelines
• Exercise responsible stewardship of resources and optimizing inventory management practices
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
