About the role
At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Parts Manager at our onsite facility in Hubbard, TX. This role is part of a dynamic team committed to transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory
- Purchasing and invoicing parts
- Preparing parts quotes
- Ordering and managing parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment
- Confirming invoice accuracy
- Coordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel for the use of spreadsheets
- Must possess exceptional customer service, organization, and time management and communication skills
- At least 2+ years of Parts management/supervisory experience
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel for the use of spreadsheets
- Must possess exceptional customer service, organization, and time management and communication skills

Pay
- $X per hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Offers overtime pay after working 40 hours
