Key Areas Of Responsibilities & Duties

• Play a key role in kitting and staging of maintenance parts for planned work
• Serving as a liaison between maintenance supervisors and warehouse staff for the purchase of hotshot parts for unplanned and emergency repairs
• Collaborating with maintenance supervisors and warehouse staff to manage unused parts after maintenance jobs
• Ensuring that all parts issued from the warehouse for maintenance jobs are accurately recorded and issued
• Aiding mechanics in locating and issuing parts from warehouse inventory
• Coordinating with the shift supervisor on daily equipment parts staging
• Adhering to all safety practices and company policies
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in warehouse areas
• Performing oil analysis and reporting findings to the reliability engineer
• Performing simple maintenance on the oil analysis machine
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

• A familiarity with maintenance parts and the equipment fleets at the Marigold Mine
• A valid driver’s license for traveling to vendors
• The ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory counts and audits
• The willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• The ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds
• General computer skills
• A good work ethic and ability to work well with company and vendor personnel
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to adapt to changes

Required Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or auto/equipment parts warehouse environment
• Experience using computerized inventory control systems
• Experience with or the ability to learn parts issuing processes
