Parts Distribution Center Employee
About the role
PDC employees perform a variety of functions. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for putting parts away, retrieving parts, loading, and unloading cages. Employees in this role may also stand and walk for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Put parts away
- Retrieve parts
- Load and unload cages
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Push, twist, and pull parts
- Reach and grasp for objects
Requirements
- Meet the hourly requirements of the position
- Work different shifts and/or work weekends and holidays
- Work in hot and/or cold environments
- Work around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery
- Wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
- Stand or walk for long periods of time each day
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach and lift to 40 pounds
- Work in tight or enclosed spaces
- Regularly climb up to 40 feet in the air on a ladder/man lift
Qualifications
- Currently legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or GED

Pay
The starting hourly base pay rate for supplemental employees is $21.00.
Schedule
This is a supplemental role in which hours could range from 0-40 weekly, including overtime, depending on business needs.
