Parts Delivery Driver

About the role

The Parts Delivery Driver at Campbell Supply Company is a critical role responsible for transporting parts between Campbell Supply locations and customers. This is a hands-on position ideal for those with delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand check-in processes for incoming parts and report missing items
• Pull and prepare parts for routes
• Customer communication, greeting etiquette, and payment collection
• Complete pick tickets during downtime to assist warehouse operations
• Use internal systems for reporting, scheduling, and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred
• Understanding of safe driving practices, delivery operations, and customer service
• Experience with delivery management systems (Elite Extra, Samsara) preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership management software is a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs; team lifts required for heavier parts

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, driving, and customer interaction

• Exposure to weather conditions during route and travel
• Travel to multiple Campbell Supply locations required

Schedule

Full-time Monday–Friday (may include occasional weekend shifts)
