Parts Delivery Driver

About the role

The Parts Delivery Driver at Campbell Supply Company is a critical role in maintaining stock levels and quick turnaround times for repairs. This position involves transporting parts between Campbell Supply locations, ensuring safety, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow check-in processes for incoming parts and report missing items
• Pull and prepare parts for delivery routes
• Communicate with customers, maintain proper greeting etiquette, and collect payments
• Complete pick tickets during downtime to assist with warehouse operations
• Use internal systems for reporting, scheduling, and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred
• Understanding of safe driving practices, delivery operations, and customer service
• Experience with delivery management systems (Elite Extra, Samsara) preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership management software (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs; team lifts required for heavier parts

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, driving, and customer interaction

• Travel to multiple Campbell Supply locations required

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, which may include occasional weekend shifts.
