Parts Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up parts ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Affix parts to vehicles and manage documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, tracking parts.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and safe to operate.
• Provide customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, invoices, and payments.
• Follow safety regulations and traffic laws while driving, including handling heavy parts safely.
• Afford assistance to other departments, including helping with drop offs, pickups, and parts distribution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in delivery driving or automotive parts handling preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts, often repetitively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for interacting with customers and managing deliveries.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding parts and assisting customers.
• Time management is critical to plan efficient delivery routes and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct parts are delivered and documentation is accurate.

Work Environment

• Primarily on the road and in warehouse settings, with exposure to various weather conditions.
