About the role

Bill Brown Ford, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated and hard-working Driver to join their team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. This position is available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support the dealership by providing customers with positive customer service experiences.
• Shuttle customers between destinations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step of their journey.
• Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail in shuttle services.
• Connect with customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner that aligns with the brand, dealership, and PAG service values.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
