Parts Data Management Specialist

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Parts Data Management Specialist, you will manage and maintain parts data, SAP material masters, and bill of material (BOM) structures that support AGT parts engineering operations. You will serve as a key resource for part creation, extensions, revisions, and data integrity across SAP, PLM, and related business processes.

• Execute updates
• Resolve data issues

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Review, validate, and execute part extensions, revisions, updates, and related change-control activities
• Create, revise, and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and material master data to support accurate downstream execution
• Research part history, documentation, and system records to resolve data questions and support business decisions
• Perform data validation, identify and resolve errors, and proactively maintain data integrity across SAP, PLM, and related tools
• Support data maintenance, migration activities, and process adherence for parts engineering operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Mods & Ups, New Units, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and operations to assess and implement part-data changes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Data Management, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with parts data, SAP material master data, BOM structures, engineering documentation, supply chain data, or related business processes
• Experience with SAP, PLM/Teamcenter, or similar enterprise systems; S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage ad hoc requests in a global, cross-functional environment
