Parts Counterperson

About the role

Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, FL is seeking a Parts Back Counter Associate to support their busy parts department. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate parts support to service technicians at the back counter
• Look up and source parts using dealership catalogs and inventory systems
• Pull, stage, and deliver parts to the shop efficiently
• Maintain parts stock, labeling, and organization
• Monitor special orders and communicate timing/availability
• Aid in returns, warranty parts handling, and inventory counts
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and the parts manager to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Previous GM Automotive Parts or Dealership Experience
• Strong parts catalog and inventory system skills (GM experience is a plus!)
• Solid communication and teamwork habits
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record
