Parts Counterperson

About the role

As a Parts Counter Sales Representative for Simi Valley Toyota, you will assist customers with their automotive parts needs in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and expertise in identifying and providing the right parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and assisting with parts selection
• Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Providing recommendations and advice on parts for different vehicles
• Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintaining a clean and organized parts department

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
