Parts Counterperson

About the Role

Rudy Luther Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our high-performing Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing exceptional service to customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts. As the first point of contact for many of our parts customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience while helping our team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts sales and inquiries
• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs
• Support service technicians by supplying parts quickly and accurately
• Process special orders, returns, warranties, and invoices
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and stocking
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
• Work collaboratively with the Parts and Service Departments to achieve department goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred
• Toyota experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
