Key Responsibilities Assist service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients at the parts counter with precision and professionalism.Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) to accurately identify, locate, and order OEM parts and accessories for BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.Process special orders, track back ordered parts, and communicate timely status updates to service advisors and customers.Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming inventory; conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and display areas adhering to brand standards.Comply with all company safety protocols and local/federal guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years of automotive parts counter experience required (Luxury brand/European vehicle experience is strongly preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), Dealership Management Systems (DMS) (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track), and general computer navigation.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused attitude.Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
