Parts Counterperson

Beckley Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership. If you have dealership parts experience, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Experience with General Motors parts and the CDK dealership management system is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Supply technicians with accurate parts in a timely manner.
• Research and identify correct GM and aftermarket parts.
• Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• General Motors parts experience strongly preferred.
• CDK experience is a major advantage.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
