Parts Counterperson
Responsibilities
Has knowledge of heavy duty truck parts
Provides excellent customer service over the phone by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
Responds to telephone/email inquiries from customers.
Searches catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs.
Calls vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
Maintains Phone Room cleanliness.
Assists warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
- Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
- Additional product training preferred.
