Job Responsibilities

  • Aid retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter and over the phone.
  • Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts.
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogs to source OEM components.
  • Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely workflow.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Be open to cross-training in additional areas of the department, including exposure to body shop and collision parts operations to support overall team success.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with OEM parts lookup systems and electronic catalogs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in additional areas of the department, including body shop and collision parts operations.

Corporate Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
