About the role
iTA is seeking a Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Person to join our team in New Orleans, LA, working a Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle inquiries regarding parts and services
- Process sales and transactions accurately
- Ensure accurate inventory management
- Work collaboratively with other departments
Requirements
- At least one year's experience in heavy-duty parts department
- Strong focus on customer service
- Dependable and punctual
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of parts and service offerings
