Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the dealership’s system.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure parts counter is organized and well-stocked.
- Coordinate with service and repair departments to fulfill parts requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about parts updates, product changes, and dealership promotions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
