Responsibilities

• Aid walk-in and telephone customers with required parts.
• Show comprehensive knowledge of Original Equipment (OE) and aftermarket parts for various makes and models, including trailer manufacturers.
• Pull purchases from stock and stock display shelves.
• Process branch cores and warranties.
• Accurately check in products and maintain and clean the counter area and equipment.
• Assist with the loading of delivery trucks if needed.
• Tag customer returns and cores, and inform management of returns or cores.
• Inform management of customer complaints.
• Grind flywheels and hose/battery cable assemblies.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Cumberland Truck Policy Manual.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning and straightening of stock items on shelves.
• Mack/Volvo/Cummins parts experience is a plus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing.

Pay

$19.00 per hour based on experience.

Full Time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Comprehensive knowledge of OE and aftermarket parts for various makes and models, including trailer manufacturers, is preferred. Mack/Volvo/Cummins parts experience is a plus.
