Parts Counter Representative

About the role

Penske Honda, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join their team. This position supports both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.

Responsibilities

• Support both customers and service technicians by ensuring required parts are available when needed.
• Maintain an unparalleled level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on customer and technician satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding parts questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
• Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.

Requirements

• Availability to work a fixed schedule of Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM--7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM--3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.

• Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM--7:00 PM.
