About the role
As a Parts Counter Representative at The Warwick Collision Center, you will support both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth operations.Responsibilities
- Support both customers and service technicians by ensuring required parts are available when needed, and that every interaction reflects world-class service.
- Maintain an unparalleled level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer and technician satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding parts questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.
