About the role
We are seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Freightliner of Hartford. The ideal candidate should be familiar with parts on heavy trucks and have experience working with CDK.
Responsibilities
- Service customers who walk in the door or call on the phone
- Research and identify parts for customer needs
- Work with customers and other employees to resolve issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with heavy trucks
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills
Skills
- Knowledge with CDK (though not required)
