Parts Counter - Part Time

About the role

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Part-Time Parts Counter person at our Freightliner of Hagerstown heavy truck dealership.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 4 pm – 9 pm.

Responsibilities

• In-person, phone, email, and online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for the service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One–Two years sales experience preferred
• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen
