Parts Counter Employee

We have over 200 trained technicians, over $7,000,000 in parts inventory and utilize state of the art facilities. Our large size means that we have the resources to provide the best in class facilities, training and equipment while working with the industry leader in large heavy duty trucks.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of Harrisburg heavy truck dealership. Shift is four 10 hour days including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred
