Parts Counter - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to prioritize and assist team members
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
• Valid driver's license

• Base salary plus monthly commission of $60k all in

Schedule

• Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
