Responsibilities

• Aids all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Collaborates with Sales, Service, and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory knowledge to identify parts requiring special ordering.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in automotive or construction industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer-related programs.
• Ability to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills while paying close attention to details.
• Professional and hardworking with a customer-friendly approach to service.
• Comfortable working in a team setting.
• Must be able to learn company designated software within a reasonable amount of time allotted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college or technical training preferred.
