Responsibilities
- Receive parts, verify against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies to purchasing.
- Process warranty returns from technicians.
- Assist technicians with urgent walk-up requests.
- Process daily ILC parts transfer requests.
- Respond to email inquiries and research inventory issues.
- Support supply team with receiving, restocking, pulling orders, and shipping as needed.
- Run Technician Restocking Report twice weekly; update stocking codes and adjust min/max levels based on usage.
- Manage Technician Temporary Stock Report; pull obsolete inventory and market slow-moving items to other regions.
- Assist with unloading trucks using forklift or direct pickups to Inventory Control Manager.
- Commit purchase receipts to Doc Record daily.
- Process inter-branch shipping requests at designated times.
- Collaborate with service team, dispatch, and purchasing concerning escalations.
- Participate in quarterly and year-end inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse and inventory management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Strong teamwork skills with a customer-focused, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
