About the role
The primary responsibility of the Parts Coordinator is to manage inventory, ensure timely delivery of parts, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Ensure all parts are accurately recorded and tracked
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and expedite deliveries
- Prepare reports on inventory status and part usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
