Parts Associate (Tractor Assembly Center)

Responsibilities

• Manage and process parts requests from stores and technicians using systems like Salesforce and Latitude
• Verify part numbers and ensure accurate fulfillment
• Address concerns through effective communication
• Email concerning parts requests, availability, and transfer information
• Research part numbers using TAC computer systems
• Communicate with store associates and technicians to resolve/handle concerns
• Complete and file all transfer paperwork daily
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• May be required to cross-train and perform other duties

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Latitude systems
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
