About the role
At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Parts Assistant at our rental facility in Beaumont, TX. Join a team that’s not just filling a role but assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing
- Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability or to fulfill parts orders
- Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with the Service departments and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets
- Must possess a clean driving record as the position will consist of picking up and delivering local parts
- Must possess exceptional customer service, organization, time management and communication skills
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Active applicable state class driver's license
- Experience in equipment rental company preferred

Pay
$18 - $20/hour, with potential for overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime pay. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
