About the role

Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 650 state-of-the-art locations across 38 states. We also operate the growing Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand for highline and luxury EV repair centers. Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts: match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality: check for damage upon delivery; escalate if parts are not available within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
• Monitor deliveries: regularly communicate with vendors on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing: ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and make corrections as necessary.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Pay

USD $16.50 – $25.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant certifications.
