Parts Advisor (Union)

Job Description

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Process orders and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for parts management.

Compensation

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Gross, Individual Gross. Bonuses based on: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
