About the role

Fish Brothers Omoda Jaecoo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor is a proactive and important member of the Omoda Jaecoo Aftersales team, dealing with all parts-related enquiries. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably to trade, retail, and workshop customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responding positively to the requests of the Management team and working effectively as a member of the Aftersales team, your overall objective will be to maximise parts sales, helping to achieve and ideally exceed the business plan of the department.

You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience developing relationships with customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with good communication and organisational skills. Experience working within a parts department of a main franchise dealership would be highly advantageous. Drive/CDK/Kerridge dealer management systems experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all parts-related enquiries from trade, retail, and workshop customers.
  • Identify and sell parts profitably while adhering to company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Aftersales team to maximise parts sales.
  • Support the Management team in achieving and exceeding departmental business plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Polite, courteous, and professional demeanour.
  • Experience in a parts department (preferably within a main franchise dealership) is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Drive/CDK/Kerridge dealer management systems is desirable but not essential.

Pay

£12.71 per hour.

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
