About the role
Cottage Grove Chrysler is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor with automotive dealership background.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on automotive parts to customers
- Process parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of automotive parts experience
- Experienced in a full-time dealership setting
- Must have a steady work history
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a major plus!
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Ability to manage inventory and orders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
