The Parts Advisor’s main responsibility is to maintain a well-organized and cost-efficient parts department and warehouse, promoting the sale of products. This ensures a high level of parts availability and supports increased parts sales by working proactively with internal and external customers daily, contributing to optimized service shop utilization and long-term profitable customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations by supporting parts sales to external and internal customers and developing customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Support Parts Availability by securing the right parts at the right time for external and internal customers.
- Support Parts Operations Compliance by maintaining a well-organized, cost-efficient parts department with high cleanliness standards to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the Parts Department Culture by fostering acceptance, teamwork, self-peer accountability, and professional development.

Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Technical experience
- Relevant work experience in a dealership or warehouse position
- Further education in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Bilingual (advantageous)
- Forklift License
