Parts Advisor Apprentice - Trade Supplier Level 2 - Charing Kent -

About the role

This 15-month apprenticeship programme, delivered in partnership with GTG, is designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers & sales
• Provide accurate quotes and product information
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
• Process sales transactions, invoices, credits, and returns
• Support stock control, including ordering and stock checks
• Work closely with colleagues across the business
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Warehouse Management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including English and Maths
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Genuine interest in the industry
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (face-to-face and telephone)
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling part numbers
• Comfortable using IT systems and willing to learn new processes
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Recognised Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification
