What You'll Do
- Possess and develop a book of small to mid-sized clients.
- Gain deep knowledge of the company’s services, processes, and systems.
- Respond to sales inquiries with competitive pricing and reliable capacity solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other partnerships managers and internal teams.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of freight brokerage experience, preferably cradle-to-grave.
- Proven sales track record with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with multiple transportation modes including sprinter vans, box trucks, LTL, partial truckload, and full truckload.
- Ability to quote quickly and secure profitable business.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
