About Metaprise Metaprise is building the Enterprise Agent Operating System — the infrastructure layer where enterprises deploy, coordinate, govern, and trust AI agents at scale. The problem we exist to solve is one every large organization is about to hit: when hundreds of AI agents operate across enterprise systems for days at a time — who authorized them, what boundaries do they operate under, and how do you trust the outcome? No enterprise deploying AI seriously can dodge that question. We are the answer to it. Two products, and you'll need to genuinely understand both to sell this well: Agent Workspace — where enterprise teams actually work with AI agents day to day: deploy from the Agent Store (5,500+ agents, 1,200+ MCP integrations), build custom agents, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and watch real operational work get executed — with humans directing, not babysittingAgent OS — the governed runtime underneath it, built on a principle we hold strongly: AI agents should execute pre-authorized decisions within bounded authority, not run wild autonomously. Our AURA engine sits between the models and the enterprise's systems: every agent carries a cryptographic identity, every action is bound to an execution token, risk-rated L1-L4, checked against a deterministic policy engine (permit / deny / escalate), and recorded on an immutable audit chain. The whole OS runs in the cloud, hybrid, or fully air-gapped on-prem — which is why regulated, risk-conscious enterprises trust us, and it's the core of our pitch We are not a tool, not a wrapper, not a workflow builder. We are building the operating layer that enterprises will run their AI workforce on. Our go-to-market runs heavily through consulting firms and ISVs — the people who already sit inside our target customers — which is exactly why this role exists. What This Role Is (and Is Not) What it is: You are our founding partnerships and sales Team for the US market. You will represent Metaprise at industry conferences and trade shows, build relationships with mid-to-large consulting firms and ISVs, and own the full sales cycle — from first handshake to signed contract to a successful first deployment. You will work directly with the founder/CEO, who will be in deals with you, not watching from a dashboard. What it is not: This is not a job where marketing hands you warm leads and you run a demo script. There is no big brand name opening doors for you — you are the door-opener. There is no 40-page playbook — you will help write it. If you need infrastructure around you to perform, this will be a frustrating job. If you've always believed you could build a market yourself if someone just gave you a real product and real authority — this is that job. Why we're hiring this way: We could hire three junior salespeople and burn a year finding out what doesn't work. Instead, we want one person senior enough to figure out what does work, and then build the team around that. That's why the bar below is high, and why the upside is real. Key Responsibilities Represent Metaprise externally. Attend and work industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events (fintech, ERP/accounting ecosystem, AI/enterprise software). You are the face of the company in the roomBuild the partner channel. Identify, approach, and develop relationships with mid-to-large consulting firms and ISVs whose clients need financial operations automation. Structure partnership models (referral, co-sell, implementation partner) that make them money and make us scaleOwn full-cycle B2B sales. Prospect → discovery → solution design (with our product team) → proposal → negotiation → close → handoff to successful deployment. You carry the number and you carry the relationshipSell the frontier honestly. Learn our platform deeply enough to design credible AI solutions for sophisticated buyers — and deeply enough to know what not to promise. Our buyers are consultants; they will see through fluff in one meetingFeed the machine. Bring structured market intelligence back to product: what partners' clients are asking for, where we win, where we lose, and whyBuild what comes next. Document what works into a repeatable playbook. As revenue proves out, help recruit and lead the team that scales it — this role is designed to grow into a Head of Partnerships / Head of Sales seat Hard Requirements This is a high-bar role. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements — we read every application and we will check. 5+ years of full-cycle B2B enterprise software sales, with deals you personally sourced, ran, and closed — not deals you "supported."Demonstrable experience selling to or through consulting firms, system integrators, or ISVs. You understand how these firms make money, how they evaluate vendors, and how to structure a partnership they'll actually invest inA verifiable track record. Named (or reference-checkable) closed deals, quota attainment, and at least one market or territory you built from little or nothingConference-floor competence. You have worked trade shows before and can show pipeline that came from them. You're energized, not drained, by three days of back-to-back conversationsGenuine fluency in the AI conversation. You don't need to code, but you must be able to hold your own discussing AI agents, automation, and data with a technical buyer — and you're actively learning, because this field moves monthlyComfort with ambiguity and ownership. You can operate for months without a manager structuring your week, and you treat that as freedom, not neglectUS-based with authorization to work in the US, and willing to travel regularly for events and partner meetings Nice to have, not required: fintech / payments / accounting-software ecosystem background; existing relationships in the consulting or ISV world; experience as employee #1-10 at a startup. Not a Fit We'd rather you self-select out now than for both of us to waste six months. Do not apply if: You need a famous logo behind you to get meetings. Metaprise won't open doors by name recognition yet. If your success has always come with a big brand attached, be honest with yourself about whether it travelsYou want inbound leads and a defined territory. We have neither. You will huntYou need a finished playbook, an SE on every call, and a RevOps team. The support system is the founder, the product team, and your own judgmentYou're collecting a resume line. If your plan is 12-18 months and out, this role's economics and equity design won't make sense for you, and your departure would genuinely hurt usYou sell by over-promising. Our buyers are consulting firms — professional skeptics. One inflated claim costs us a channel, not a deal. We will always choose the honest "not yet" over the dishonest "yes."You think AI is a buzzword to sprinkle into decks. Our partners' technical teams will test you. If you're not genuinely curious enough to keep learning this space, you will be exposed quicklyYou want a strict 9-to-5 with no travel. Conference season and partner time zones don't work that way. (We care about sustainability, not performative hours — but this is not a low-intensity job.) What You Will Gain Work shoulder-to-shoulder with an experienced founder. Our CEO has built and operated companies across cross-border payments, fintech infrastructure, and AI — including navigating the regulatory, legal, and operational realities most sales leaders never see. You'll be in the room for pricing, partnership structure, and strategy decisions, not receiving them as memosSell at the actual frontier of AI. Not AI-flavored marketing — a real agent-orchestration platform being deployed into real financial operations. You will understand how enterprise AI is genuinely bought, deployed, and governed, which is the most valuable commercial knowledge of this decadeA network that compounds. Your daily counterparts are partners and executives at mid-to-large consulting firms, ISVs, and enterprise finance organizations. These relationships are yours for a careerLearn to build, not just to sell. You'll design the partner program, write the playbook, and — as it works — hire and lead the team. Very few sales roles teach you how a go-to-market motion is created; this one is precisely thatNo ceiling. This seat is designed to become Head of Partnerships / Head of Sales as revenue proves out. Your trajectory is limited by what you build, not by an org chart above youFounding-level economics. Competitive base + uncapped commission + meaningful early-stage equity How To Apply Send your resume plus a short note (10 sentences max) describing one complex B2B deal you personally sourced and closed: how you got in, what almost killed it, and how you closed it. We read these more carefully than resumes. Applications without the note will not be reviewed — consider it the first test of whether you read the room.
