Partnership Manager
About the role
This role is responsible for managing the partnership with the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), including program management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for AMCP and coordinate financial reporting to AMCP. The position may contribute to important strategies, operations, and business decisions that affect the department.
Responsibilities
- Take over programs once sold by reps and manage them from signed agreement to completion.
- Field smaller inbound leads for select accounts – typically opportunities under $15,000 (low-pressure sales).
- Manage programs sold by the sales team related to AMCP.
- Engage in meetings with AMCP.
- Adhere to program parameters and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize and carry out assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.
- Own communication with AMCP and make decisions during discussions with internal teams.
- Make decisions and modifications on the fly (e.g., pricing or timing adjustments for sold programs).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent experience.
- Managed Care Pharmacy experience.
- Client relationship management experience.
- Project management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them in varied situations.

Preferred Qualifications
- University degree preferred.

Pay
For individuals based in New York, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, and California, the salary range for this role is $98,000—$112,000 USD. Base pay may vary depending on relevant factors such as role complexity, geography, and experience.
