About the role
The Licensed Partners Manager acts as a general manager of a portfolio of licensed brands, creating and optimizing value for strategic partners and the overall Keurig system. Primary responsibilities include managing partner relationships, contractual governance and compliance, internal and external communication, partner satisfaction, and integrating intercompany cross-functional teams to meet collective goals.
The ideal candidate will operate independently, think strategically, execute complex projects across large, distributed teams, and effectively interface with executive leadership within Keurig and partner organizations. You will report to the Director of Licensed Partners and collaborate frequently with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Legal, Business Development, and Commercial.
Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful relationships based on trust, credibility, and demonstrated value
- Establish and lead operating cadences and follow-ups for each partner across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead strategic planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for a portfolio of licensed brands
- Track partnership performance against contractual commitments and business objectives
- Prepare partnership scorecards, reporting, and quarterly business reviews
- Oversee and partner with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and supply of product to licensed partners, where applicable
- Integrate intercompany cross-functional teams to execute collective goals and objectives
- Consistently evaluate and optimize processes and procedures internally and on behalf of partners
- Support the onboarding of new licensed partners and establish effective ways of working
- Engage with senior leadership on significant matters pertaining to requirements, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals
- Execute large, highly complex or specialized projects
- Lead or support ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the Partners team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand, Product, Project, or Program management or other related field
- Experience with partnerships, account management, licensing, sales, or direct customer engagement
- Experience with brand management and consumer products
- Experience leveraging available data and insights to make informed decisions
- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve; ability to plan and align work to ensure accountability
- Highly adaptable; energized by rapid change and ambiguity
- Highly collaborative and influential; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
- Positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay
Salary Range: $96,800 - $130,000. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
