Partnership Manager
or drop it." Location is not minor metadata? It's substantive but not a heading we have. We could include it in a paragraph under "About the role" or "Requirements". Probably best to include under "About the role" as a paragraph. Similarly sponsorship info (visa) could be folded. We must remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Also remove "About AlertMedia:" maybe duplicate of earlier company description; but we can keep some but not duplicate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the About AlertMedia paragraph but we already have similar earlier. Could combine? Might be duplicate but we should keep both? The instruction says do NOT summarize away detail, but also remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate identical lines. The About AlertMedia paragraph is similar to earlier but not identical; earlier had more detail about mission, values, AI-forward, etc. The About AlertMedia paragraph: "We are the leading risk intelligence and response platform — trusted by the largest companies in the world to protect their people and assets when it matters most. We are a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company with more than 4,000 clients scaling rapidly across the globe. Our technology is unmatched with a unified platform, a 7+year history of AI innovation, a customer NPS of 70+, and a culture that sets us even further apart from our competition. We are an equal opportunity employer focused on creating a collaborative and exciting place for all to work. Ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all people is key to our success and core to our values. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status." This includes EEO boilerplate which we must remove. So we need to strip EEO lines. Keep the rest: leading platform, high-growth, PE-backed, 4000 clients, unified platform, 7+year AI innovation, NPS 70+, culture sets us apart. Also maybe mention "We are an equal opportunity employer..." is EEO, remove. Also "Ensuring a diverse..." is EEO, remove. So we keep the first two sentences maybe. Thus we need to produce HTML with sections. Let's outline:
About the role
At AlertMedia, we help organizations protect their people, operations, and brand. Our modern Risk Intelligence and Response platform empowers teams to detect emerging threats, assess impact, and respond with confidence. We believe building resilience should be simpler—and it starts with bringing critical information and workflows together in one unified platform. Our core values drive us in our important mission of keeping people safe & informed: We’re humans not robots; Customers always come first; We work better together; Simplicity is our strength; Our reputation is priceless; Hard work pays off. As one of the fastest growing software companies in the nation, we’re focused on finding the best talent and building the best team to continue accelerating our rapid growth to keep up with our demand. We’re also an AI-forward company, and we expect everyone on our team to use modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others, to work smarter, move faster, and optimize processes. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow AlertMedia's Strategic Partnerships program. You'll own these relationships end to end, including structuring and negotiating new partnership agreements, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and enabling the consultants who introduce us to their clients.
Maybe also include location and sponsorship info folded: "Location: This is an in office, hybrid position (2-3 days a week) in our downtown Austin, Texas HQ. While we have a preference for Austin based employees, this role is open to remote, U.S.-based candidates. Please note that we currently do not hire candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Sponsorship: AlertMedia does not sponsor employment visas. Candidates must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future." We could add a short paragraph after the above. Then Responsibilities: list the four bullet areas with subpoints. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Thus for Responsibilities we can have a

-
Partner Relationship Ownership: Own the consulting partner program strategy by defining the vision, priorities, and engagement model while building executive-level relationships that drive long-term commitment and position AlertMedia as a strategic advisor within partner consulting engagements. Serve as the primary point of contact for AlertMedia's Advisory Partner portfolio, owning the health of each relationship — from day-to-day cadence across partner stakeholders to enablement, escalation, and renewal/expansion of the partnership agreement itself.
-
Pipeline Development & Revenue: Identify, structure, and negotiate new and renewing Advisory Partner agreements — including reseller, referral, and co-delivery models — in coordination with Legal and Sales leadership on deal and commercial structure. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by embedding AlertMedia into partners' client advisory engagements (e.g., positioning AlertMedia within a risk consultancy's resilience or crisis-management engagements). Own forecasting and reporting for the Advisory Partner book of business, including ACV sourced/influenced, active opportunities, and anchor-account expansion.
-
Enablement & Internal Alignment: Educate and enable both partner-facing consultants and internal AlertMedia teams (Sales, CS, Legal) on AlertMedia's platform, positioning, and the Advisory Partner motion, so each side knows how and when to bring the other in. Build joint go-to-market materials and playbooks specific to the advisory motion (distinct from technology-integration partner collateral). Coordinate onboarding of new client accounts sourced through partners, ensuring smooth handoff between partner, AlertMedia CS, and implementation.
-
Program & Ecosystem Management: Maintain and prioritize a target list of prospective Advisory Partners — evaluating fit based on client base overlap, geographic reach, and service-line alignment — while tracking and reporting on the health and performance of the category to Partnerships leadership. Represent AlertMedia at partner and industry events relevant to the risk/resilience advisory community.
- for each bullet. Let's extract each bullet: - Experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management within B2B SaaS, including structuring and negotiating partnership agreements (reseller, referral, or co-delivery models) — with a track record of owning revenue-generating partner relationships end to end - Background working within, or closely alongside, an advisory or consulting firm (risk consultancy, Big 4, or similar professional services environment) is strongly preferred — you understand how consultancies structure client engagements and where a technology platform fits inside that relationship; experience spanning multiple partner types (technology, reseller, advisory) is a plus - Strong executive presence and a consultative, trust-building approach. Advisory partners are won and grown through credibility, not quota pressure and you are comfortable engaging both partner-side leadership and day-to-day practitioners - Skilled at translating a partner's client-facing advisory work into a concrete AlertMedia opportunity and can spot where the platform fits inside someone else's engagement - Cross-functional fluency working with Legal on contract structure, Sales on deal support, and CS on account handoff, along with working proficiency in CRM and partner-management tooling to track pipeline and report on
