About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Inspect properties for damage and make necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Document all work performed and submit reports as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and materials

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
