The Partner Success Manager role at Zearn is dedicated to bridging the gap between Zearn’s educational solutions and the students they serve. This role involves managing a strategic portfolio of partners, leading implementation, and building deep relationships to ensure Zearn’s mission is realized in every classroom.

• Helping More Schools and Districts Start Their Zearn Journey: Expand Zearn’s reach and impact by assisting more schools and districts in adopting Zearn Math.
• Leading Calls, Webinars, and Demonstrations: Support school and district administrators in making informed decisions about Zearn Math by conducting calls, webinars, and demonstrations.
• Maintaining Consistent Communication: Stay in touch with interested administrators to provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Representing Zearn: Share information on Zearn Math at company-wide events and conferences to engage with new potential partners.
• Supporting Deep Partnership Success: Work closely with partners to ensure they get the most out of Zearn Math, including developing tailored plans, addressing implementation challenges, and sharing insights.
• Data Analysis and Presentations: Conduct data analysis and create presentations to showcase the effectiveness of Zearn Math and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with the Zearn Team: Share insights from partners with the Zearn team to inform product and content improvements.
• Documenting Usage: Collect and organize examples of Zearn Math usage to share success stories and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in K-8 education, with a preference for those who have taught math and have a history of improving student outcomes.
• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a school or district leadership role, owning major initiatives or processes.
• Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to drive decisions that result in increased team or organizational efficiency.
• Relationship Building: A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships that lead to the successful adoption or expansion of new programs or curricula.
• Data Management: High proficiency in organizing and managing data using tools like Google Sheets and Docs to track progress and maintain consistent communication.
• Mission Commitment: A commitment to Zearn’s mission of providing exceptional education to all children, demonstrated through past work or volunteer experience.
• Education: BA/BS in a related field.

Location

This role is based in Louisiana and requires the candidate to live in Louisiana to apply. Travel is required, with some clients requesting onsite visits and others conducting meetings online. Multi-day travel is expected, approximately 6-8 times per year, and occasional travel for team-building activities may be necessary.
