About the role
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners integrating with VIPMP APIs, fielding questions across sandbox and production environments. Execute and troubleshoot API calls using Postman (or equivalent tooling) to replicate partner issues, perform first-level triage, and unblock integrations quickly. Own the partner integration lifecycle end-to-end—from initial API onboarding through go-live—ensuring each partner achieves a seamless, high-quality integration.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain updated roadmaps, technical runbooks, FAQs, demo videos & reels, and integration guides that reduce time-to-value for new and existing partners.
- Help drive AI powered tools with partners to increase speed to adopt APIs and drive Adobe strategy.
- Train regional VIPMP rep or digital rep Voice of the Partner — Feedback & Intelligence.
- Act as Adobe’s eyes and ears in the partner ecosystem: monitor integration health, surface recurring issues, and identify emerging needs before they become blockers.
- Translate field observations into actionable requirements and feature requests for the Product and Engineering teams, helping shape the VIPMP roadmap.
- Track and report on partner adoption metrics, integration velocity, and issue trends to inform leadership decision-making.
- Internal Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales by translating technical constraints into business language and vice versa.
- Support the Head of Global VIP Marketplace in preparing for partner events, executive briefings, and cross-regional alignment sessions.
- Collaborate with Program Managers on partner enablement materials, training content, and communication rollouts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Participate in design-level discussions for key initiatives (e.g., Flex Promo, Mid-Term Upgrades, HVD Migration, High Growth) to represent the partner integration perspective.
- Growth & Scale.
- Drive API feature adoption across the channel by proactively educating partners on new capabilities and best practices.
- Identify automation and tooling opportunities to reduce manual triage and accelerate partner onboarding at scale.
- Contribute to a partner health scoring framework that prioritizes intervention for at-risk integrations.
